What a beautiful day.

Happiness is....

 hearing that you are cancer free! It's true. Yesterday was the best day EVER. I was told I did not need additional chemo and that I truly was cancer free. We all cried tears of joy. It's been a long, hard, emotional journey. One I thought may not have the best ending. There were moments I thought this wouldn't end well. But, I've made it through. I'm still recovering from my surgery. I have a few months yet before I feel energetic and like myself. But what a great feeling to think I can make plans.
I'm happy.

I'm home. Still recovering. Slow moving. Not much picture taking but finally walking around. Hope you're all well.

Meet Rugby! He and his beautiful family came by for a visit today. Lucky me!! This will probably be my last post for awhile. I'm nearing the end of my cancer journey (I hope) and this last stage will have me recovering for quite awhile. So, wish me luck!

Spoiling Sam.

 Only a few days away from my big day and then it will be awhile before I'll be able to walk him or take him swimming. He sure looked happy today.
