I met Rosie at the park today. She's had a tough past. Eight years with a breeder who tried so hard to breed this pup. I heard "C-Section", "several attempts" and my heart sank. Why are people such a disappointment at times. I am happy Rosie has such a caring and loving owner. She really is in good hands now.
